ITINERARY

DAY 1: HANOI ARRIVAL

Arrival in Hanoi, Our driver ready at Noi Bai Airport and transfer you to Hotel in Hanoi city.The rest time is free at your leisure.

DAY 2: HANOI- HALONG BAY-OVERNIGHT ON CRUISE (Meals:L/D)

10:00 – 10:30: Pick up from Hanoi Old Quarter and transfer to Dinh Vu Port in Hai Phong city. Upon arrival at around 11:30, transfer to Orchid Cruise. Welcome guests on board. Check-in, then enjoy a Welcome drink. Receive cruise brief and safety instruction by the crew member.

12:40 – 17:00: The cruise sets sails into Halong Bay. Lunch is served at the restaurant on board.

Head to Ba Trai Dao Islet of Lan Ha Bay, a separate part of the bay. The region is known for its pristine beaches and spectacular beauty, having about 400 fascinating islands.

After that, take a trip to small coracles, used by fishermen for centuries. You can choose to try kayaking or simply just enjoy a swim.

17:45 – 21:30: Return to the cruise. Cooking class in which the chef introduces and instructs you making some Vietnamese dishes.

Dinner is served with delicious local food prepared by our wonderful onboard catering staffs. Enjoy the landscape of the bay at night up on the top deck. You can hands-on squid fishing at night or watch the movie in the restaurant. Overnight on board.

DAY 3: HALONG BAY- VISITING CAVE- KAYAKING -HANOI (Meals: B/L/D)

6:00 – 9:45: Tai Chi class on sundeck; after that, we serve breakfast on board. Upon completing breakfast continue our journey and head out in canoes to explore the bay in the area where the Dark Cave & Light Cave is situated.

Then return to the cruise to check-out

10:15: Brunch is served on board while the cruise gets back to port. Upon arrival, disembark and say goodbye to the crew.

12:10 – 15:00: Farewell at Dinh Vu port, transfer back to Hanoi. Arrival at hotel in Hanoi at around 15:00. End of services.

DAY 4: HANOI DEPARTURE (Meals:L)

After breakfast at the hotel, you are free to discover Hanoi until the time to move to Noi Bai Airport for your next flight.

Important Notes:

Cruise itinerary and schedule are subject to change due to weather, tide levels and operating conditions without prior notice.
Please inform us your flight details: flight number and departure/arrival time so we can schedule the pick-up and drop off
Meals on board are fusion: Vietnamese, seafood & international. Please advise us of any special dietary requirement that you may have.
Advance registration is mandatory will full name, passport number and visa expiration date.
Wi-Fi is available onboard for free of charge. However, interruption is expected due to nature of internet signal at sea.

Policy

Check in on board: 12:30pm
Check out the hotel before 12:00. Check out cruise 09:30 and Leave cruise at 11:00 am
The FOC rate for children under 5 years old is applicable for 1 (one) child sharing a cabin with 2 (two) adults. Only 1 (one) child under 5 years old travelling with two (2) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin.
Children from 5-09 will pay extra charge 75% of adult rate.
Children 10 and above must pay full fare as an adult.
Peak season surcharge: Surcharge $50/adult and $40/child for Gala dinner applies if guests stay on board on December 24th and/or December 31st and Tet Holiday.

Cancellation

If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
